We arrived by coach and were warmly greeted by the hotel staff who explained everything to us. Our room was clean and tidy, with new furniture and ample storage. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had great water pressure. The dining room was busy but the waiting staff handled it well. The food was nicely presented and varied. Entertainment on the evening was enjoyable, with a funny compere and bingo games. Excursions arranged were also good.
The dinner service was a bit slow due to the two sittings, but understandable.

It is a well-organized property located in South Shore district just next door to south shore on the beach front, the seafront, the beach. Good dishes, central location.

Our stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. the value for money was fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised by the prices, considering the location on the seafront. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were well-equipped with all necessary facilities. Additionally, the breakfast was served quickly, and the food was hot and fresh.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was great. However, there was one aspect that could be improved.

We thoroughly enjoyed it during our really nice stay. Staff were highly professional and amazingly efficient and the room was beautiful, perfect location close to all attractions. Hotel was fairly clean.
Although the breakfast itself was hearty, it should have been was n't included in my price.
